My fees are based on the final selling price when the listing ends All fees charged by eBay (listing/reserve/gallery/buy-it-now/final value and PayPal Transaction Fees are the responsibility of the client.
My Fee is 30% - Clients pay eBay Listing/Selling and PayPal Transaction Fees
In the event Client has an item for sale and the price exceeds $1,000 - My fees are NEGOTIABLE - I do not believe in charging an outrageous commission - I will discuss my commission with you in person when I visit with you to pick up your items -
I provide the following service when I accept a new client:
- Detailed 7 10 or 30 day Listing
- Digital Photography
- Research your item through a subscription service which enables me to provide you with documented results of what your item will sell for based on historical data of previous items sold on eBay
- Maintain Communication with Customer - All Correspondence to buyer, which includes:
- Answer Questions Buyers may have regarding to measurements/shipping/offers to buy, etc....
- Winning Bidder Notification
- Payment Received Notification
- Shipment Notification
- Delivery Confirmation Number
- Prepare Merchandise for Shipment (packing list/boxes/bubble wrap/packing peanuts/tissue paper)
- Maintain Excel Spread Sheet to track Sales
I pack merchandise with TENDER LOVING CARE and pride myself on PROMPT shipping - 24 hours from payment receipt + in most cases SAME DAY SHIPPING
I supply all packing material:
- Bubble Wrap
- Stryrofoam Packing Peanuts
- Boxes/Tape/FRAGILE Stickers
- Mailing Labels - I have a professional Mailing Services (Endicia.com)
- FREE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION provided to each customer
