Service Description:
Need to sell something but don't have time to list it yourself or have a garage sale? Let us help you. We evaluate, research, photograph and write the description of your items. We then manage the auction process, answer all the bidder questions and when your item sells we collect the fees and ship your item. We have been selling on eBay for over 10 years. Estates and Inventory Liquidations are our speciality.
- Individual items must be delivered to our location.
- We do offer a pickup service, travel expenses must be paid in advance.
- If you have an estate or inventory to liquidate, we will come to you.

Fees:
1. Standard Fees:
- Client will be charged for all eBay final value fees.
- Our Standard Commision Fee is based on the amount the item sells for. Minimum charge of $10.00 will apply to each auction (if it sells or not).
- Our commission structure: 30% of items up to $200; then 25% of the next $300; then 20% of the next $500; and 15% of the amount over $1000.
- Client is responsible for any and all PayPal or ProPay fees associated in the completion of their auction
- Reader Island will set the appropriate cost for Shipping and Handling and will collect such costs from Buyer. We provide all standard packing material.
2. Drop Off Items
- There are no upfront fees for items that are left at our location.
- If your item sells, a check will be sent to you within 2 weeks of the end of the auction less fees and commissions.
- If your item doesn't sell, you will be given the opportunity to relist or pickup your item. If after auction end and your item didn't sell and you pickup your item, you will be charged applicable fees as indicated above. If your item is not picked within 2 weeks of the end of your auction, your item will be given to a local animal charity or sold.
3. Large Items
- Items that cannot be stored at our location will be charged an upfront fee of $25 per auction. When the item sells, the $25 will be credited to the commission.

Terms And Conditions:
- We will not be able to accept all items.
- All items must be pre-laundered and/or cleaned before we can accept them.
- Estimated total costs will be provided to Client when Contract to Sell is agreed upon before item is listed.
