As you can see, we handle all the details from start to finish and provide you with a detailed statement along with your check when the transaction is complete. It is that simple!

No hidden fees! Consignment fees are 40%. Generally, all fees associated with your listing(s) are included in this fee. Extra promotion for expensive items is available for an additional fee. Items donated for charity listings will be charged a 15% commission.
If you are a liquidation, wholesale or business client, please contact us about a flat rate commission.
Auctions and Fixed Priced Listings are generally run for two, seven-day listing periods and if unsold, the item(s) will be listed in our online store for 30 days (or longer if agreed upon) giving your item(s) maximum exposure unless you specify differently. After the item has been received by the buyer, we allow 15 days for returns or other complications. The turn-around time from item(s) drop-off to receiving payment is generally 45 days, but could be less or longer depending upon the idividual situation. We keep you informed of all aspects of the process.

Roseland Blooms, LLC and its suppliers specifically disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to the inmplied warranties of title, merchantabiity and fitness for a particular purpose. Roseland Blooms, LLC and its suppliers shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or puitive damages that may arise from or in connection with this agreement, their performance of this agreement or the sale of your item(s). In no case will Roseland Blooms, LLC and its suppliers be liable for actual damages in excess of the lesser of (a) the selling price of your item, less our commission and fees, and (b) $100. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
