Service Description:
If you have something to sell, I will take care of everything from the initial pick-up to the delivery of your check after the item has sold. There is nothing for you to do other than supply me with an accurate description and history of your item and the price you would like to get.
I will:
- Pick your item up from you.
- Carefully store your item in my secure office.
- Take high quality digital pictures of your item.
- Do extensive research to determine quality, rarity, history and pricing of your item.
- Compose an attractive listing for your item.
- Daily monitor the auction of your item.
- Field all questions concerning your item.
- Confirm the validity of the results of the auction.
- Package your item with an emphasis on protecting it during shipping.
- Receive payment for your item directly into the Online Auctions of Sun Valley business account.
- Ship your item promptly to the winner of the auction.
- Confirm receipt of item with the new owner.
- Cut you a check for your portion of the proceeds.
Fees:
I have no fees other than the ones set forth in the consignment agreement represented in the Terms and Conditions.

Online Auctions of Sun Valley
Consignment Agreement
Online Auctions of Sun Valley, (Agent) accepts on consignment for sale from_________________________________ (Owner), the items listed on the Item Submission form(s) attached to this contract. Owner warrants to Agent and any subsequent purchaser that Owner has full title to all the items consigned. Owner also warrants that all information regarding the items consigned is true and correct to the best of his or her knowledge.
Agent will earn as commission, 30% of the final sales price of each item sold on behalf of the Owner.
Payment of the sales proceeds less commissions will be made within 5 business days after receipt of notification from the buyer that he or she has received the item and is satisfied that it is as represented. If buyer is not satisfied that the item is as represented by Owner and returns it, all moneys paid by the buyer will be refunded to him or her. If this occurs, unless a new contract is signed between Owner and Agent, the item will be returned to Owner at Owner's expense.
Owner remains as owner of the item until buyer has received and accepted same. Owner agrees that Agent is hereby appointed and is acting solely as agent for the Owner in selling the item(s).
During the time that Agent is in possession of the item(s), Agent will be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s). Should the item(s) be lost or damaged in transit to Agent, responsibility for such loss or damage shall be borne by the Owner. Should the items be lost or damaged in transit to the buyers, responsibility for such loss or damage shall be borne by the Agent.
Prior to listing any of the items for sale, Agent and Owner shall establish a reserve price, if any, for each item. If the reserve price is not met, Agent shall return the item at Owner’s expense to Owner. Owner shall pay to Agent 3% of the reserve price as a fee for services rendered in listing the item for sale, prior to such return.
This contract shall be for a term of ____ month(s); beginning on the date the item(s) consigned is received by Agent. Agent shall acknowledge receipt of the items, in person, or by e-mail, indicating whether any item has been damaged in transit.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties signing it. It cannot be changed without written permission of both parties.
This contract is governed by and shall be interpreted under the laws of the state of Idaho.
