As consideration for the services, the Seller agrees Nationwide50 will be entitled to collect the Sales Fee according to the following formula: thirty percent (30%) if the Sales Price is between $0 and $49.99, twenty-five percent (25%) if the Sales Price is between $50 and $499.99, or twenty percent (20%) if the Sales Price is $500 or more, OR $10, whichever is greater or if the item doesn't sell, plus any eBay charges and payment processing charges incurred in the process of selling the Item, all of which together comprise the ("Sales Fee"). Following receipt by Nationwide50 of the Sales Price from the buyer, Nationwide50 is authorized by the Seller to deduct the Sales Fee from the final sale price and forward the remainder to the Seller at the mailing address as stated by the Seller herein, within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Sales Price. Shipping charges are determined by Nationwide50 and paid by the buyer and are not part of the Sales Price.

I sell all products "as is" and do not offer a return policy. If you would like me to offer a return policy for the items for any reason, we can negotiate that as part of our agreement. Items that don't sell can be put in my online store for up to 90 days at a price we can negotiate. Otherwise, you may pick them up by appointment or I will donate them to charity. I prefer to begin most listings at $.99 because it really drives excitement which means a higher selling price. Some less valuable items may start at up to $9.99. If you'd like me to start a listing at a price higher than that, we'll have to negotiate the terms. If you would like me to add feature fees to your listings I can do that too but I'll pass those extra fees on to you.
