The 35% commission charged by KC's Korner is based upon the final selling price and includes the following: 1. Item research 2. Professionally written description 3. Photographs 4. Communication between prospective bidders 5. Receipt of payment from bidders 6. Packaging and shipping of the item(s) 7. Tracking of the items once shipped eBay listing and final valuation fees and any PayPal fees will be deducted from your profit. If you item does not sell, you will owe nothing further. I list items twice before returning them to their owner. If you'd like, you can (after the relist) have your items added to my eBay Store at the rate of $.06 for 30 days. If the item sells, the 10% final valuation fee charged by eBay and my 35% commission will be deducted from the final price plus.

In addition to the required contract: 1. I sell all products "as is" and do offer a return policy. If you would like me to not offer a return policy for the items, we can negotiate that as part of the deal. 2. I prefer to start all my auctions at the lowest amount you'll accept for your item. Please have these figures in mind when I pick-up (or you drop-off) your items. 3. If you would like me to add feature fees to your listings I can do that but I'll take the fees out of what I am selling for you. My commission does not include fees for special features. 4. Buyers on eBay really need to know all the specifics of any item you are selling. The more you can tell me about your item the more successful we'll be selling. Please be sure to tell me about any damage or aspects of your item that would make it less appealing to buyers (honesty goes a long way on eBay). 5. I have a feedback of over 1900 and I always leave positive feedback for my buyers. Please sell with me because I have a long-standing reputation on eBay and a set of loyal buyers. 6. You will receive any monies due you within two weeks after auction ends. This allows time for payment to be received, item to be shipped and the buyer to receive the item. I allow all buyers 10 days to pay for their items. If a buyer takes the full 10 days, it may be over two weeks before you get your payment. I will not issue a check for items sold until the transaction is completed.
