INVENTORY: You will be presented with a contract/copy of the inventory for your records. Items must be in my possession prior to listing. Items to be listed should must be free of any damage or dirt, oils or any substance that needs to be removed prior to offering for sale. If not a cleaning fee of $20.00 per hour will be charged. PHOTOGRAPHY: Each item will be photographed as necessary for the best overall presentation, sometimes requiring more than 1 photo. DESCRIPTION: We encourage as much information as possible about the item to be listed - age, where it came from or anything special about the item is extremely helpful in preparing the listing. Any known flaws, damage or missing parts should be brought to our attention. Additional research from other sources will be done as needed to prepare a proper description and listing for the item. LISTING & STARTING PRICE: The best category and price for the item will be determined from our research. Your item will be listed on eBay in the auction format for a period of 1 week and in our eBay store during the same time period, adding to the exposure of the item. If an item does not sell, it will remain at sale in our Store for the time needed to sell the consignment. If still not sold, applicable fees are charged (see Terms & Conditions) ANSWER QUESTIONS: Even with the best of descriptions and pictures, some buyers will have additional questions and we will do our best to answer those questions; however, we may receive a question we cannot answer and may need to contact you by phone or e-mail. COLLECT MONEY: Payment will be collected and/or cleared by us at the end of a sale. No item is shipped prior to receiving full payment from the buyer. PACK & SHIP: All items are packaged and prepared for safe shipment using professional wrapping materials. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and at no cost to you. SELLER PAYMENT After the consignment has been completed, the seller will receive a check for the sale price of the item, less our commission and cleaning fees if applicable. If a large amount of money is being processed, you may receive more than 1 payment. FEES: Fees include auction listing fee for 1 week incluidng designer listing and gallery picture, final fee, expert packaging/shipping and banking fees. Reserve auction fees are additional. 35% of selling price under $25 29% of selling price $25.01-$100 27% of selling price $100.01-$500 25% of selling price over $500.01- $1000 15% of selling price over $1000.01 - but can be less If not sold the item will be transferred to my STORE for duration of selling consignment (no charge). Listing fee and cleaning fees (when applicable)are the responsibility of seller for all unsold items. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: No damaged or soiled (must be cigarette smoke free)items accepted. Unsold items must be picked up but will not be released without remittance of outstanding listing and cleaning (when applicable) fees paid by cash or money order.
