First, my clients reimburse my total eBay listing fees, including optional feature fees for selling your Item. I then charge a minimum commission of $5.00 per item I list regardless of whether each item ultimately sells or not. A trip charge of $10 will be added for each 5-mile segment over the 10-mile limit. These fees are due before the listing begins. After your Item sells there will be a commission fee of 25% for items selling between $50-$250;  20% from $251-$1000;  15% from  $1001-$5000;  and 10% for any gross selling price over $5000.   If your Item sells for less than $50 the fee is 40% or the minimum whichever is higher. In addition any completion fees from eBay and/or PayPal for the final auction will be deducted. Sales tax will be applied when required. These fees are deducted from the check you receive from the sale. I reserve the right not to list items I believe won't sell on eBay. Extra promotion for expensive items is available for an additional fee. Email me to discuss specific amounts and available promotion options.  In addition you will receive a complete Spread-Sheet detailing all sales, fees and costs so you'll know what your net income is.  This service is no extra charge to my clients..

I sell all Items "as is" and do not offer a return policy. If you would like me to offer a return policy for your items for any reason, we can negotiate that as part of the auction. I prefer to start all my auctions out at a low opening bid because it really drives excitement. If you'd like me to start the auction at a higher price, you'll need to let me know the limits you would like to set. If you would like me to add special features to your listings, I can do that and the costs for these fees are due before your item is listed. Buyers on eBay really need to know all the specifics of any item you are selling. The more you can tell me about your item the more successful we'll be in selling it. Please be sure to tell me about any damage or aspects of your item that would make it more or even less appealing to buyers (honesty goes a long way on eBay).
