We will list items in normal auction format for seven days - we normally have a starting auction price based on what similar or identical items are currently selling for on eBay. We also often have a Buy it Now price based on the high end prices for similar or identical items on eBay. We do sometimes use reserve prices. If an item does not sell after two 7 day auctions we will either re list the item at a lower price for two more 7 day auctions or place it in our eBay store with a Buy it Now price. If the item still does not sell we give clients several choices including keeping items in our store with a fixed price and add a make an offer to the price. With most items there are no up front costs or fees unless a client insists on using listing services and upgrades that eBay charges extra for. We offer buyers a 100 per cent satisfaction guarantee. If a buyer does not like an item they purchased from us we will take it back and refund their money.---------- There is a list of items that we do require an upfront listing fee of $1.00 per item. This list is based on items that either do not sell or are very slow sellers on eBay. The list of items that require an upfront listing fee include: all sports cards; all movie, music, and band cards; All NASCAR items; All Dale Earnhardt items; All sheet music, magazines, comic books and books; Most Beanie Baby, Fenton Ware, most decorative plates, souvenir glasses & costume jewelry; All CDs, records, cassette tapes, record sleeves, playbills, fan magazines, DVDs and VHS tapes; All Match Box and Hot Wheels Toy products; Older computer games and computer software.---------- This list does change so please contact us. If an item that requires an up front listing fee sells for $2.01 or more and sells the first or second time it is place up for auction then the listing fee will be refunded.---------- We pay our clients for items sold within the first 15 days of every month. Client payments are mailed or clients can stop back by the store to get their checks.---------- If we have items that we cannot sell we contact our clients and ask them to take the items back. If they do not want the items back or do not come in to pick up their items within a reasonable time period we donate the items to various local charities.---------- We are members of the Georgetown / Scott County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the local Better Business Bureau as well as a member of BBB on line.---------- We do everything we can to make our buyers happy as well as doing the best job we can for our clients who bring in things to sell.---------- We can come to a clients home or place of business to evaluate and pick up items. We are willing to work with charities and other non profit groups to aid them with fund raising.---------- We also can come to a persons home prior to their having a garage or yard sale to help them choose items that might do better on eBay. We have mobile high speed internet and can look up things from many locations from our vehicle.---------- We teach classes on how to buy and sell on eBay.
