Businesses and Consumers bring in items that they would like to sell. We take the photographs, write the descriptions and place an attractive, detailed listing on eBay. We track the auction, answer questions from prospective buyers, process payments, package the item, and ship it to the winning bidder when the auction closes. We then provide you with an itemized list of the item(s) sold, the winning bid, deducted fees and a check for your proceeds. e-auctionsmart is committed to ensuring that your merchandise is listed accurately and professionally so that the greatest selling price for your item may be achieved. All customer inquiries are addressed promptly and informatively. From the moment your item is listed, customers will feel confident bidding, knowing the seller they are dealing with is both professional and reliable. We are experienced eBay auctioneers who know how to avoid phony bidders and online scams, and how to get the maximum dollar amount for your items. This is a trust business. There is a minimum fee of $3 per item we list regardless of whether each item ultimately sells or not. Our commission will be deducted from the winning bid amount for each item individually, as determined by the commission percentage schedule listed below in addition to the auction fees. Up to $100.00 - 40% $100.01 to $250.00 �¢?? 30% $250.01 to $400.00 - 25% $400.01 to $2000 �¢?? 20% $2000.01 and up - 10%
All items must be in good condition and acceptable according to eBay rules and policies. We are not authorized to sell real estate, automobiles or other motorized vehicles at this time. We reserve the right not to list items we believe won't sell on eBay. If we determine that an item will not sell at a good price on eBay, we retain the right to return the item at no cost or further obligation to the Consignor or Seller. Acceptance of any item to be consigned will be at our discretion. Upon satisfactory completion of the eBay-mandated waiting/return period, we will mail you a check for the final sale price to the buyer, less our commission and transaction fees. The time from item(s) drop-off to check payment may take 30 days, though it may be as few as 21 days. Auctions can take up to ten days. Payment, shipping, and return period approval may take up to 25 days. If your item does not sell, we will contact you to see if you wish to have it relisted, returned to you, donated or disposed of.
