We have been eBay sellers since April 2008 and have operated an eBay store since August 2008. We are Education Specialist trained by eBay to teach the basics of selling on eBay. We have a solid reputation for selling, excellent customer service, and support which our feedback reflects. We have built a large domestic and international base of customers, many of whom are repeat customers. We are here to offer our services to make your selling experience a success based on our knowledge and store visibility.
The following are the services we are able to offer you:
1. Consultation - We offer FREE consultation to discuss our services and view your potential items to list on eBay.
2. Research - We do all of the research for you to obtain all of the infomation we need to give a full detailed description of your itme when it is listed for sale. We also determine the value of an item and compare to similar items sold on eBay.
3. Photographs - We take professional digital photos and upload them with your item's description.
4. Manage - Any communications with buyers, monitor auction sales, items sold, and items eligible for relisting.
5. Collect Payment - We collect and process payments in our PayPal account before items are shipped to the winning bidders.
6. Pack and Ship - After payment has been received, we create a packing slip and shipping label, and professionally pack and ship to U.S. and International buyers.
7. Payment - we will provide our consignor's with an itemized list of all items sold with sale price and our fees. We process payments to our consignor's every 2 weeks; the 1st and 15th on whatever payments have been cleared of return policy in that pay cycle.
1. All eBay fees and any transaction fees will be reimbursed by the consignor for all items listed and unsold.
2. Our commission structure on final value of items sold is as follows:
- 35% up to $50.00
- 25% $50.01 - $1,000.00
- 10% $1,000.01 - $2,500.00
- 5% $2,500.01 - $5,000.00 or more
- We provide FREE consultation.
- We list all items within 7 days of pick up.
- All of our eBay auctions run for 5 days.
- Our eBay Fixed Price Listings run for 30 days or Good Til Cancelled depending on the item.
- Our buyers have 4 days to make their payments.
- We ship to the buyer within 1-2 business days depending on the time the payment was received.
- We process payments to our consignor's on the 1st and 15th of the month after all payments from buyers have been cleared of returns.
We accept clean, serviceable and sellable items in very good condition. While an item is in our possession, you agree to not advertise or sell the item elsewhere. We have the right to refuse items that are prohibited by eBay or for any other valid reason.
